2 months agoGot a toothpick in my flautas, called the restaurant they said the cook or whoever prepped the food might have forgotten to take it out, offered to comp the meal and make a replacement, I instead opted for a drink since I was hesitant to eat anything else. They reluctantly agreed. Just as a psa be very careful with their food, one employee I spoke with before the manager mentioned it happens often, so with that being said eat with caution here.

2 months agoVery professional and respectful here. I ordered some food, and put my bag in the back seat untied. One of my orders fell out, when I made a sharp turn and I just grabbed the bag and tied it down and kept it in the front with me. At the time I didnt notice an extra order had flipped out the bag. When I got home, I was certain they had forgot it...so I called and they remained professional and tried to figure it out with me on where it went, because it was definitely in my bag. When I went to the car, I remember my bag had flipped over while driving...but it was too dark too see something else had fallen out. My tacos were right there halfway under the seat! Lol. I immediately called back to apologize for the confusion and to tell them I found my food. Customer service is always an A+ here. Thats why I remain a loyal customer. :)

3 months agoFood is great and all but the lady with black glasses, nasty thick eye brows (claudi or something like that) Was really mean to me she sent me with the other dude to take my order because she was too busy on her phone the whole time I was there. Only the boy was taking orders not the old lady. I feel like people like that should not be working there. They should hire more efficient workers.

3 months agoFuerte always satisfies my Mexican food cravings! Everything tastes very authentic, and their price point is pretty good for their large portions. Their beef soup got me through the flu! Would highly recommend for take out.

3 months agoThe food is decent, they skimp on the meat under all the toppings so be careful of getting all the toppings! Also the carnitas that are on sale on the wknd well its old hard meat that they dont wanna throw out, so dont get any toppings or you wont be able to tell! The atmosphere is contemptable. If your not latin or latina they are cordial just because your buying!$$$ Never a smile or welcoming attitude🤷🏽♀️

3 months agoWhat happened Fuerte I use to love their tortas now meat is extremely salty and I like a lot of salt but this was overbearing I couldn’t taste nothing but salt and some sweet from MAYONNAISE! Why? When did they start putting mayo instead of sour cream? I ordered steak but I can tell u that was not all steak there was chorizo and some other meat definitely a disappointment! Bring back the previous cooks or teach them how to season and cook. Missing the old Fuerte when their food was delicious!

a year agoMy favorite place for good, economical, & authentic Mexican food. A taco as low as $1.50 to dinners under $15. Look for week-end specials. Menudo,Tamales,etc It’s an order and go restaurant. It’s worth the trip. Stuff Chile Rellenos is one of my favorite dishes!
